While Karan Patel and Amita Chandekar’s relationship gets rocky we have another couple - Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh – who seem to be getting closer than ever. Aamir says although the couple has known each other for awhile it was only recently that they got together as a couple. The two met each other two years back at a common friend’s party.

“We met in a party and remained in touch with each other. We used to chat and hang out together some time. However I never proposed to Sanjeeda and she didn’t make the first move either. It was like a mutual understanding. We never realized that when we started behaving like a couple,” says Ali.

Ali says that with all the practice for the show the two have been spending a lot of time together. And rather than getting on each other’s nerves the two seem to be enjoying the opportunity to spend quality time together. ”Because of Nach Baliye we started understanding more to each other. We are getting chance to meet everyday and better understand one another. I think it was the right decision to participate in Nach Baliye with Sanjeeda. I am happy about it.”

So what do you like about Sanjeeda?

“I like the fact she is always happy. She is a very nice person. I like her attitude and how she is happy with whatever she has. I’ve met her family a couple of times and they are very nice. She used to come to my place. I am very shy person and I never told this to my mum that I’m dating with Sanjeeda. But she also understood it. Her relationship with Sanjeeda is very nice,” says Ali.

The actor says the two are now preparing for the next round after having impressed a lot of people with their first performance. Aamir and Sanjeeda were third highest in last episode and scored 27 marks.
