Recently, Saat Phere completed 500 episodes and to add more colour to the show they have introduced a new track featuring Nahar (Sharad Kelkar), Saloni (Rajshree Thakur) and a village girl Vrinda.

In one sequence Nahar saves Vrinda from local villagers through sword fighting in typical Rajasthani culture. Interestingly, Nahar did the fight sequence on his own.

Speaking about the unique experience, he says, “I have done something like this for the first time so I practiced a lot. It was the requirement of the scene and being the Rajput in the serial, sword fighting was a must.”

So, were you nervous? “Not really but I had to take precautions as there was no dummy. There were stuntmen who were guiding me though and we completed the sequence in three takes.”

Did you hurt yourself in anyway? “Only minor scratches in the first take but yeah Keerti was very nervous when she saw the telecast.”
